During this May Bank Holiday weekend, the Tara Rokpa methods of relaxation, movement, self massage and the use of art materials will be introduced. They will then be used to help support the placement of mind and body for mediation. 

This workshop is suitable for those new to meditation and Tara Rokpa and also those who already have some experience.

Sarah is a qualified Tara Rokpa therapist and Cat is qualified to deliver exercises within the method. Both are long-term practitioners of Akong Rinpoche's Tara Rokpa method.
