More commonly known as Tai Chi, this full residential week at Samye Ling offers a unique opportunity to learn a full Tai Chi Form.

The program will include the history, development and philosophy of Taijiquan, the names of each individual move, the teaching and practice of the postures, stances and transitions involved in each movement and body alignment.

Study guidelines and a certificate of attendance will be provided on completion of the course.

This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
