Akong Memorial Foundation

The Future belongs to those who believe in the Brilliance of his Dreams.

Picture2From the Lowlands of Scotland to the high plateau of Tibet, Choje Akong Tulku Rinpoche’s vision has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Whether you’re Sangha living in the remote Dolma Lhakang Monastery, a child living on the streets of Kathmandu or a regular visitor to Samye Ling, you will know that the immense legacy of Akong Rinpoche lives on and continues to grow.

But we need your help to keep his profound vision moving forward.

The Akong Memorial Foundation was established with exactly this in mind.  Its' aims:  to support the Sangha at Dolma Lhakang Monastery, making sure they have suitable accommodation and are well-fed, warm and healthy.

And to help the local community to survive the harsh conditions imposed on them by this barren land:  by providing schooling for the young people; a home for the older generation; and medical care for all who need it.

If you believe in the huge achievements of Akong Rinpoche, we’d like to ask you for a small donation to the Akong Memorial Foundation to keep his dream alive.  The future depends on what you do today.

Email us at info@akongmemorialfoundation.org to be part of this future.

The Akong Memorial Foundation is part of ROKPA Trust, which is a registered charity in England & Wales (1059293) and in Scotland (SCO38628)
