Many people find that over time they can become quite fixed and rigid in their Yoga practice, which can lead to a feeling of being stuck and not progressing, or, at worst, even injury.
This workshop will look at the habitual patterns of holding tension that we have, and then explore ways that we can begin to let go so that we can develop more 'flow' within our Yoga practice. This will help us to become more fluid in out bodies and eventually within our minds.
We will work with asana (postures), breath work, movement, sound and relaxation from various disciplines and teachings of Yoga. Using these tools we will discover ways to develop a more fluid way of working that allows our yoga practice to flow from within - instead of being imposed upon - and so help tp create a more harmonious relationship between body and mind.
Open to all levels.
Please note: the date of this workshop has been changed. It was previously 17th to 19th September.
