The retreat begins at 2pm on the 4th Anniversary of Choje Akong Rinpoche’s passing.  The retreat will be dedicated to him and participating in it is one excellent way of honouring his memory.
As in previous years, this retreat will follow a full retreat schedule which will include both teachings & meditation practice. Drupon Rinpoche will attend all practice sessions and will also give instructions on Shinnay meditation and mind training (lojong).

Drupon Rinpoche has kindly agreed to offer this short period of combined meditation retreat and instruction at the time of Akong Rinpoche’s anniversary.  The meditation practice will be focussed on Guru Yoga and all students of Akong Rinpoche who wish to mark his anniversary are encouraged to come to practice together during this retreat.

The retreat will finish at 12.00 on Sunday 15th October.

Anyone who decides to attend this retreat should make the commitment to come to every single session.

There is no course fee, though donations towards the considerable overheads are most welcome.  Donations may be made in the Reception Office.
